Bella Voce Chamber Choir

 

Thank you for your interest in Bella Voce, IACS's Chamber Choir.  This is an auditioned choral ensemble open to students in grades 9-12.  We focus on developing choral concepts, such as tone, blend, balance, dynamics, diction, sight-reading, and ear-training skills.  We use classical techniques and apply them to numerous styles, including classical genres, sacred, folk, multi-cultural, modern, pop,  Broadway, and jazz.

Please prepare one stanza of "America the Beautiful" in a key that best demonstrates your range.  Click the link below in order to access the music.  You may perform it in any key; however, suggested keys based on your vocal range may be helpful.  Please prepare to sing the sight-reading example using solfege (Do - Re - Mi etc.)
